Chicken cooked on hay with smoked carrot

Preparation

1. Season the chicken all over, cut the onion and fennel and put them in the chicken.
2. Add a sprig of rosemary. Lay hay in combination with fire herbs in a fireproof dish. Arrange the chicken with young carrot around it.
3. Peel the young carrot and season with EldurApi vegetable herbs.
4. Depending on the thickness of the chicken, it will cook at approximately 180/200 degrees for 60/75 min.

Tip! Add some extra fire herbs at the beginning.
