Start by filling your YAKINIKU® Kamado with charcoal in the charcoal basket. Fill to the brim.
Have you used your Kamado before? Then first shake the charcoal basket to remove all the dust and ash from the old coals.
Spread 2 or more BBQ Flavour Wood Wool or firelighters between the coals and light them. After the flames are extinguished, the coals will start to glow and you can close your Kamado.
Make sure not to use any products with chemical additives.
Open the daisy wheel on top fully and do the same with the ventilation slider at the bottom. This way, maximum oxygen can pass through and the temperature of your Kamado will rise.
Once your Kamado has reached 150°C, you can add your accessories, such as the pro set.
You can now also regulate the temperature inside your Kamado.
