Prep time
- Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- Roughly chop the bars of dark chocolate.
- Light a medium amount of BBQ Flavour - Binchotan and heat the YAKINIKU® Shichirin to approximately 180°C.
Cook time
- Take an aluminium tray and cover the bottom with a layer of marshmallows. Add the fruit and chocolate and mix everything well.
- Place the tray on the Shichirin and let it melt gently.
- Finish with sprigs of mint and serve with cookies for dipping.
