Prep time

  • Cut the strawberries into quarters.
     
  • Roughly chop the bars of dark chocolate.
     
  • Light a medium amount of BBQ Flavour - Binchotan and heat the YAKINIKU® Shichirin to approximately 180°C.


Cook time

  • Take an aluminium tray and cover the bottom with a layer of marshmallows. Add the fruit and chocolate and mix everything well.
     
  • Place the tray on the Shichirin and let it melt gently.
     
  • Finish with sprigs of mint and serve with cookies for dipping.
