We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are sent the same day. This doesn’t count for our Kamado's, we will sent them within 1-3 working days. When placing your order, you can indicate which delivery date you prefer.
Our Kamados are delivered on a pallet at your home to the front door, provided that the street work permits, but always on the ground floor. It is important that you are at home on day of delivery. If you are unexpectedly not at home at the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service.
Your order will be delivered to your home, but in some cases it must be assembled by yourself. Do you need help assembling? Click here for instruction videos or contact our customer service.

Original and unused condition
As soon as the return is received by our warehouse, it will get checked by us if it is unused and in original condition. When the return is accepted, you will receive an email. If the item has been used and/or not in its original condition, the return will be rejected.
It is possible to return an item after up to 14 days after you have received the order. After we have received and accepted the return, you will receive a refund within a few days.
The costs for the return are at your own expense. The cost of returning depends on the parcel service with which you send the package. Make sure you send the package with a tracking code so you can always track the package.
It is also possible to return your order free of charge to us in the showroom. Take the items you want to return to the showroom. Don't forget to bring the return form. One of our employees will be happy to help you.
