What is the best way to clean a BBQ?

1. Done grilling? Remove your YAKINIKU grate from the barbecue and let it cool down to lukewarm. The vents of the Kamado can be closed.
2. Gather the necessary supplies: BBQ cleaning brush and the YAKINIKU Cleaning Kit. These items are always handy to have at home!
3. Start by scraping your grate with the BBQ cleaning brush. This works best when the grate is still lukewarm.
4. Soak the grate in warm water with a mild detergent to help loosen stubborn stains.
5. Use a soft cloth to clean the grate and remove all detergent residue.
6. Rinse the grate thoroughly with clean water and dry it with a clean cloth.
7. Place the grate back on the grill and it is ready for use again!
