YAKINIKU LARGE Kamado complete
When you order the LARGE Kamado including base, side tables and pro set, this does not include the standard grid. The pro set provides extra flexibility, as you can grill at different levels. With this set, it is also possible to expose ingredients to direct and indirect heat. This allows you to easily sear meat on one side and continue cooking on the other to achieve the perfect preparation.
All YAKINIKU® Kamados have a luxurious black finish and are made with the best materials. A combination of extra thick ceramic and cordierite allows your Kamado to withstand all weather conditions. The use of type 304 stainless steel provides the further heat-resistant finish. On top of the Kamado is the daisy wheel, which allows you to control the temperature accurately. Inside the disc is a ''lock'' which prevents the disc from falling open when you open the lid of the Kamado. At the back of the Kamado are the hinges, which are placed under a cover. As a result, the hinges are protected against all weather conditions and are therefore more resistant to rust. The hinges on our Kamado are angled, making it easy to open the Kamado with little force.
The LARGE comes standard with an ash pan and coal basket for easy removal of ash and charcoal. In short, with a YAKINIKU® Kamado you not only get a high-quality product, but also a luxurious look for your garden or (outdoor) kitchen. Just like the XLARGE, the grill surface of the LARGE can easily be expanded with the extra raised grid (this grid is not included in this set). The extra raised grid provides an extra 70% surface area. As a result, dividing between different types of food has never been easier.
The opening at the bottom of the Kamado, which makes our Kamados unique, allows you to transform any dish into a true taste sensation. With the woodchipper, you add smoking wood without having to open the lid and therefore lose no heat. The access to the woodchipper is double insulated so you can operate the Kamado without burning your fingers. The air slide, which you find at the very bottom, consists of several small air holes tapering to a point. This allows you to control the temperature very precisely!

Choosing between fish, meat or vegetarian dishes is no longer a struggle, as you can fully customise the Kamado large to your own wishes. The LARGE Kamado can easily be arranged with the included pro set consisting of: multilevel lift, half-moon grids and half-moon heat deflectors. With the pro set, you immediately have everything you need to cook on direct and indirect fire. The direct fire allows you to quickly cook or sear pieces of meat. With the indirect fire, the meat can cook further, so you always achieve the right preparation. This way of cooking can also be used in combination with the cast-iron cooking grid, specially designed for the LARGE Kamado. This accessory ensures you get very nice grill stripes on the meat. These stripes not only ensure a delicious flavour but also preserve all the juices in the meat.
With the base and side tables, the Kamado can also be easily placed in other places in the garden. The side tables naturally expand your storage space so you always have enough room for: your tongs, extra meat or a nice beer.
