Complaints
3.1 If a participant has a complaint or grievance in connection with the Promotion organized by YAKINIKU, the participant may make it known to YAKINIKU within 5 business days after the complaint arose or could reasonably be discovered by sending an e-mail to YAKINIKU at [email protected].

4.1 YAKINIKU will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with (participation in) the Promotion. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be held against YAKINIKU and cannot in any way create an obligation for YAKINIKU. YAKINIKU shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of the website or other technical facilities. YAKINIKU will not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the entrant in connection with participation in the Promotion.

Force majeure
5.1 YAKINIKU reserves the right not to pay out one or more products in the event of force majeure. Force majeure includes in any case the declaration of bankruptcy of the supplier and/or YAKINIKU or the application for suspension of payment by such supplier and/or YAKINIKU itself.
