The package contains 17 jars of EldurApi spices. The selection is randomly composed. It is not possible to request or pre-select the contents in advance.

Discount Code

No discount code is required. The 50% discount is automatically applied.

Availability

The promotion is valid worldwide and while stocks last.

Returns & Cancellation

The regular YAKINIKU return and cancellation policy applies.

The Mystery Package must be returned in full:

  • All 17 spice jars must be unopened and in original condition.

  • Partial returns or exchanges are not possible.

Other

YAKINIKU reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or end the promotion early in case of unforeseen circumstances.

1.1 These general terms and conditions of action apply to all the above actions organized by YAKINIKU, located at Lange Reksestraat 19B, 4538 AZ in Terneuzen.

Modification of game conditions and technical provisions
2.1 YAKINIKU shall be entitled at any time, without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions during the Promotion and, without giving any reason, to discontinue or amend the Promotion, without YAKINIKU being liable in any way to pay compensation for (any) damages to the Participants. In case of amendment of these terms and conditions, YAKINIKU will take into account the reasonable interests of the participants.

2.2 YAKINIKU does not guarantee the undisrupted and uninterrupted operation of its website(s) or the services provided or used by it. Despite the utmost care taken by YAKINIKU in managing the website, it is possible that information may be incomplete or incorrect. The participant is responsible for adequate facilities (such as telecommunications facilities) to participate in the Promotion.

Complaints
3.1 If a participant has a complaint or grievance in connection with the Promotion organized by YAKINIKU, the participant may make it known to YAKINIKU within 5 business days after the complaint arose or could reasonably be discovered by sending an e-mail to YAKINIKU at [email protected].

Liability
4.1 YAKINIKU will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with (participation in) the Promotion. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be held against YAKINIKU and cannot in any way create an obligation for YAKINIKU. YAKINIKU shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of the website or other technical facilities. YAKINIKU will not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the entrant in connection with participation in the Promotion.

Force majeure
5.1 YAKINIKU reserves the right not to pay out one or more products in the event of force majeure. Force majeure includes in any case the declaration of bankruptcy of the supplier and/or YAKINIKU or the application for suspension of payment by such supplier and/or YAKINIKU itself.
