YAKINIKU Japanese Szechuan Pepper
Pepper" is one of the most widely used spices in Japanese cuisine and originated in China. The pepper gives off a slight lemon flavor and provides a numbing effect on the tongue. The Szechuan can therefore be used perfectly in various preparations. This pepper is also known as the flower pepper or mountain pepper and is officially not a real pepper.
