Grilled peach | Grand Marnier | vanilla ice cream

Light the charcoal and binchotan and make sure the shichirin is well hot. Open the sliders of the shichirin by one-third. Place the teppanyaki plate on the shichirin.

Put the butter in the pan and place it on the teppanyaki plate, let the butter melt. 

Cut the peaches in half and remove the core. Brush the peach with oil and place on the hot Teppanyaki plate. Grill for 3 minutes.

Mix the brown sugar with the Grand Marnier and add to the peaches. Grill for a final minute.

Put the biscuits and melted butter in a blender and grind. 

Place the peaches on a plate and spread the biscuit crumbs on top. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with the Grand Marnier mixture.
