Prep time

  • Light a medium amount of Binchotan, open the Shichirin's sliders by one-third. Place the Teppanyaki plate on the Shichirin.


  • Cut the peaches in half and remove the core. Brush the peach with oil and place on the hot Teppanyaki plate. Grill for 3 minutes.
  • Mix the brown sugar with the Grand Marnier and add to the peaches. Grill for a final minute.
  • Add the biscuits and melted butter to the blender and grind finely. 
  • Place the peaches on a plate and spread the Bastogne crumble on top. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with the Grand Marnier mixture.
