Preparation

Make sure the teppanyaki plate is hot. Cut the brioche into slices about 1 cm thick and toast them on the teppanyaki plate. Then fry the slices of bacon and tomatoes on the plate until the bacon becomes nicely crisp and the skin of the tomatoes starts to tear. Finally, brush the bacon with some maple syrup (or honey) and allow to caramelise a little. Finally, fry the fried eggs on the teppanyaki and serve everything together.
