Step-by-step vegetable grilling Kamado and Shichirin

1. Preparation
Wash and cut the vegetables as desired. Marinating vegetables in olive oil and herbs before putting them on the grill adds extra flavor.

Light the Kamado or Shichirin and heat until the desired temperature is reached. For vegetables, medium to high heat (200 degrees) is usually ideal.
3. Grilling
Place vegetables directly on the grill over the fire. Turn them frequently to ensure even grilling. Small pieces can be placed in a vegetable pan or rotisserie basket to prevent them from falling through the grates.
4. Flavor additions

5. Check
