Prep time

  • Drain the black beans, crumble the feta, and roughly chop the black garlic.
     
  • Light a medium amount of BBQ Flavour - Binchotan and heat the YAKINIKU® Shichirin to approximately 180°C.


Cook time

  • Combine the beans, crispy chili oil, black garlic, and feta in a bowl.
     

  • Once the YAKINIKU® Shichirin has reached the desired temperature, place the plantains, skin and all, on the grill. Turn the plantains regularly until the skins turn black.
     

  • Poke the banana with a YAKINIKU® BBQ skewer to test if the flesh is soft.
     

  • When the flesh is soft enough, peel the bananas and cut them into pieces, and spread the bean-feta mixture over them.
