Cast Iron Grid: The cast iron grid is ideal if you want to make a quick and beautiful print on your ingredient. The typical diamond shape creates beautiful grill stripes on, for example, your rib-eye or zucchini slices.
Shichirin skewers: To grill small and fine ingredients, the ultra-thin skewers are available in sizes 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm. With these skewers you can thread the small, fine ingredients very precisely without damaging them. Supplied with a luxurious, stainless steel storage case.
